One to One Pilates

This is the best choice for anyone new to the Pilates method and working with the Pilates reformer. I also offer them before starting sports in a group. Individual classes are the most meaningful, because all my attention is given to you. During them, we will be able to talk about your problems and expectations, evaluate the condition of your body and work only according to the program you have chosen.

Pilates For Two

Training with you and one other person. I recommend them already after an individual visit. In addition to the Pilates reformer, the studio has many aids: pilates arches, physiotherapy rollers, rubbers, balls. When playing sports in pairs, all measures can be applied individually. Once you are familiar with Pilates. method and/or if I see that you can perform the exercises correctly on your own, this training will be a more economical choice for you.

Pilates In Small Groups (Up to 4 persons)

Pilates classes are usually not held in very large groups. The recommended maximum number is 8-10 persons. Užupis 18 space is intended for max. 4 persons. Before joining these groups, please come to an individual session, where I will assess your condition and introduce you to the main principles of the Pilates method. Then we will be able to move together with others. Training in the group will take place on mats, using all available physical therapy equipment: rubbers, balls, rollers.

Physiotherapy consultations

If you have mobility problems, pains, or are after an injury - it will be useful for you to come and consult with me. I am a physiotherapist, we will discuss and evaluate your problems and together we will discuss where to move. Do not forget that movement therapy is a conscious, motivated and. consistent work. And its results depend not only on the selected program, but also on your efforts.
